Insight

The Gut Health Doctor came to us with a strong brand already in place, plus clear UX and content research to guide the structure. The challenge was turning that groundwork into a website that felt clean, modern and unmistakably on brand — while making it significantly easier to manage day-to-day in the CMS.

Alongside publishing expert content, the site needed to do more of the heavy lifting commercially too: promote the latest books and resources, guide users to the right next step, and capture qualified leads through quizzes and opt-ins — with everything feeding neatly into Pipedrive.

Approach

With research already done, our focus was on bringing it to life through a clear information architecture, repeatable content templates, and a flexible WordPress build.

We designed a simple, confident interface that prioritises readability and trust. Then we reinforced the journey with consistent CTA placement and global controls — so promotions, banners and key messages can be updated once and rolled out across the site in minutes.

What we built

1

A CMS that’s easier to manage

We created a streamlined WordPress setup with reusable page components, giving the team a quicker, more consistent way to add and update content without breaking layout or styling.

2

Recipe templates with schema markup

Recipes were treated as first-class content — with dedicated structure and recipe schema markup to support rich results and improve visibility in search for recipe-led queries.

3

Quiz journeys for lead generation

We integrated quizzes as an engaging way to segment audiences and capture leads. The experience is simple for users, but powerful behind the scenes — supporting list growth and smarter follow-up.

4

CTA functionality that stays current

Books, programmes and key resources change over time, so we built CTA modules that are easy to update globally. That means no more hunting through pages to switch a banner, update a featured book, or refresh a key message.

5

Pipedrive CRM integration

Lead capture forms and quiz submissions were connected to Pipedrive, creating a smoother path from website engagement to CRM-ready contacts — reducing manual admin and improving response time.

Results

The end result is a modern, on-brand website that’s calmer to use, faster to update, and better at converting interest into action. Content teams can manage updates confidently, recipes are structured for SEO performance, and lead generation is built into the experience — not bolted on as an afterthought.
