Brand assets

We design brand assets and editable templates – from decks and social templates to stationery and print. A consistent toolkit your team can use with confidence.

Why strong brand assets matter

Strong brand assets and brand design templates keep your business looking consistent and professional — with clear messaging and a cohesive visual style across every channel.

They also make life easier for your team. Well-built brand design templates and artwork help people create on-brand content quickly and confidently, without starting from scratch each time. We can supply finished print artwork, editable digital templates, or a mix of both, so everything stays aligned across screen and print.

From high-quality brochures and stationery to flexible social media templates and editable presentations, you get the tools to move faster while keeping standards high. The result is smoother day-to-day output, stronger recognition, and a brand that feels more trustworthy and distinctive.

A complete suite of brand assets — for print and digital

Design for print

From brochures and stationery to large-format graphics and van wraps, we cover most print briefs. We can also support with copywriting and photography, and handle the practical details — briefing printers, checking proofs, and supplying artwork files.

Digital brand assets

We build easy-to-use digital templates that speed up day-to-day content creation. Working in the tools your team already uses (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Word, InDesign, Canva and more), we set everything up, so layouts stay consistent, key elements are protected, and updates are simple.

What we do

Presentations

From everyday decks to high-stakes pitches, we can:
→ Design PowerPoint master templates your team can edit
→ Build slide libraries with charts, diagrams and icons
→ Create animated presentations in Adobe After Effects
Clear structure, consistent styling, and visuals that support the story.

Social media templates

Social is often the first touchpoint for your brand — we help you show up consistently. We can create:
→ Profile and cover images sized for each channel
→ Post and story templates for ongoing content
→ Campaign graphics that fit your brand system
→ Guidance on imagery, tone of voice and usage
Delivered in your preferred tool (e.g. Figma or Canva) so your team can move fast without drifting off brand.

Email design

We design email templates that feel like a natural extension of your brand, including:
→ Newsletter and campaign templates
→ Transactional layouts (confirmations, notifications, etc.)
→ Modular sections that can be rearranged
→ Designs built for your platform (Mailchimp, Pipedrive)

Stationery and day-to-day print

The physical details still matter. We design:
→ Business and appointment cards
→ Letterheads and continuation sheets
→ Compliment slips and notecards
→ Branded folders, labels and simple forms
We’ll supply press-ready artwork and can advise on stocks and finishes if needed.

A clear process, start to finish

Our structured branding process keeps us aligned with your goals and ensures your involvement at every step. We provide time for revisions and the opportunity to explore multiple creative directions.

Upon completion, we deliver brand guidelines and logo files in multiple formats, including vector files, giving you everything needed to confidently apply your brand across all channels. Additionally, we can support ongoing marketing collateral design — from websites and presentations to social media and printed materials — ensuring a consistently professional brand presence.

Flexible by format, creative by design

Brief → Concepts → Development → Final files / Printed artwork

Our process usually includes briefing, research/audit, concepts, development and delivery in the formats you need. We can provide print-ready artwork for your preferred printer, manage print and delivery, or supply editable templates your team can update in-house.

Files can be supplied as PDF, Canva, Word and Adobe formats (and others on request). We’re happy to work within your existing brand guidelines or help refresh your visual identity before rolling it out across your assets.

1

Discover and review

We start by reviewing your existing brand identity and any current assets: what works, what doesn’t, and where the gaps are.

2

Plan the toolkit

Together we define which templates and brand assets you actually need – by team, channel and priority.

3

Design and artwork or digital build

We design and build each asset or template, supplying final files for print or digital use. For digital assets, we test everything in the real tools and platforms your team uses.

4

Handover and training

We provide the final files, plus clear usage notes or a short guide so everyone knows how to use them. Training sessions or walkthroughs can be added if helpful.

The benefits

Investing in a proper brand asset toolkit gives you:

→ Consistency – every touchpoint feels part of the same brand
→ Speed – your team produces work faster using ready-made templates
Confidence – non-designers know they’re using the brand correctly
Scalability – as you grow, your brand doesn’t fracture or dilute

Ask a question

Brand assets are the visual materials your business uses to communicate — things like logos, business cards, stationery, social media templates, brochures, presentations, van wraps and web graphics. We design these so they’re consistent, on-brand and easy for your team to use.

Yes. We can work within your current brand guidelines, tidy up what you already have, or extend your existing look into new formats. If you don’t have a clear brand yet, we can also help you develop or refresh your visual identity first.

We supply whatever you need for day-to-day use: editable PDFs, Canva templates, Word files and Adobe formats (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), plus print-ready PDFs and web-optimised files. If you need a specific format, just ask.

Both. We can create editable templates for your team to update in-house, final artwork for print or digital use, or a mix of the two depending on how you work.

Yes. We can brief your preferred printer, or recommend and manage a printer on your behalf. We’ll supply print-ready artwork, request proofs where needed and help make sure everything looks as expected when it comes back from print.

Timings depend on the scope — for example, a set of social templates will be quicker than a full suite of stationery, brochures and van livery. Once we’ve seen your brief, we’ll outline a clear timeline with key milestones and approval points.

That’s fine. We can start with a short audit of your existing materials, identify gaps or weak spots, and recommend a practical set of assets that will make the biggest difference for your business.

Once the project is complete and the invoice is paid, you have full usage rights to the agreed deliverables. We can also keep master files safely stored, so we can update or extend your assets in future if needed.

Yes. Templates and guidelines can be set up so different teams, offices or partners can create on-brand materials without needing to start from scratch or go off-piste.

Absolutely. We can help with anything from a single piece (like a business card, leaflet or deck template) through to a full suite of assets. We’ll suggest an approach that fits your priorities and budget.

I’m so pleased with the results. We’ve had a complete website refresh, new branding on our buildings, brand guidelines and standardised documents created. We’ve gone from a collection of disjointed and mis mathched branding to a consistent, clear and contemporay look for all our digitial and printed media.
